Element Electronics LCD TV (Having Big Problems)?

Hi, my grandfather bought this Element Electronics 26in LCD TV Model number: FLX – 2611B. He had it for about a week or two before all of a sudden it would not turn on at all! It was working perfectly fine during those two weeks. One day he tried to turn it on and it wouldn’t work. So I looked at it and when you push the power button on the side of the TV it starts to make this noise then it turns on, but its a black screen. Then it just completely shuts off and we can’t do anything unless we unplug it then plug it back in. On the back, the light is normally blue where the power button is and when this happens it turns red, if that has anything to do with it.

Well, first of all, don’t buy stuff that comes from companies you’ve never heard of before. Stuff from unknown companies is JUNK, but if you’re lucky you’ll be able to fix it. Call the company and ask if they can fix it. They might. If it comes back broken, do not buy from then ever again.
